Holiday rentals with lake access in Broadbeach Waters

We really enjoyed our stay in Varsity Lakes! The house was spacious, clean and was a great place for us to stay while we were on the Gold Coast to participate in the Gold Coast running festival. It's only a short drive to a number of restaurants, cafes etc. and also not far from Burleigh Heads, so a good location to make the most of our stay. Larissa was a great host! very responsive and clear on messages. Check in and out was super easy, and we were even able to bring our little dog along with us, which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place if staying on the Gold Coast!

Absolutely loved my stay here. The location was beautiful and even nicer in person, so very welcoming and homely. The stay has all the ammenities you need, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious and comfy lounge, stunning bathroom as well as spa and pool to top it all off. Couldn't be happier with my choice to stay here.

Nice and tidy, plenty of space. Could really do with a jetty like most of the neighbours have. Seems to have had one in the past that has sunk - Was a hazard trying to fish from the deck because of it.

Comfy property and lovely hosts. Good value, would recommend.

We have stayed in a number of Airbnbs recently, Jason’s place by far has been the best! Really lovely house, well presented, felt right at home instantly. Great location. Well equipped with everything we needed, easy check in and out also! Jason was a fantastic host, we will definitely be back and highly recommend Jason and his beautiful home.

Older style house , but very comfortable and clean. Walkable to Pacific Fair shopping centre, about 10 minutes. Responsive host. Good value.

Lovely apartment complex. Easily walkable to Tugun and the beach. Anne is very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Christopher's place was great. Such a handy location to everything. It was clean, comfortable but most importantly for us it was super dog friendly. There was a lovely private grassed area out the front with a kennel and shade. We could go out knowing she was very safe in the yard. Christopher lives next door, but certainly does not encroach on your privacy...unless you want to have a chat, hes super friendly and very obliging. We would've stayed longer had we been more organised. I'd definitely stay again if the need ever arose 🙂

Vivienne was an awesome host with great communication skills, and the room was exactly as described. Its location was perfect, with the tram stop right outside and beautiful views. Vivienne also provided many extras, which was a lovely touch. The only downside was that the car park was full, but Vivienne supplied a discount code for alternative parking. I highly recommend Vivienne's unit to everyone.

Micheal was an awesome host. He responded extremely fast and was always very polite. His home is absolutely beautiful and the views of the Gold Coast are incredible. It’s walking distance to almost everything you could need. I would recommend this home and host to everyone wanting a good holiday to the Gold Coast.

Loved the pleasant stay! The check-in was very smooth and easy. Due to flight re-arrangements, we had to arrive late, but Cecile who picked us up, was kind enough to cater to our timeline and also helped us navigate from the airport. The place is well-equipped with most of everything that you need. You can work, wash, clean, cook and relax with ease! You will also wake up and be greeted by an amazing view, helping to super charge your day ahead. Overall, we had nothing much to complain about. It's a stay that is totally worth it! :)

Great space for our family. Unit was lovely and comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need. Convenient location but building needs work and had some questionable guests. The unit itself…….delightful 😁

Ocean Pearl was clean, spacious and had fantastic ocean front views. The ammenities were outstanding which we used frequently, heated pool and spa. The unit itself had everything you needed. The location was great as we were away from the busyness of the city, but still close enough to great cafes and restaurants. We would definitely recommend Ocean Pearl to others and would certainly stay again.

You won’t find a better stay, or hosts! It’s so spacious, private and has everything you need to call it home for however long you want to stay. Konrad and Michelle met us and made us feel welcome from the offset, they gave us so much information, recommendations, and even a guided tour of some of the other amazing areas of the property they have; waterfalls, rock pools and incredible wildlife. The home itself was clean, spacious, and had lots of board games to keep yourself entertained. We can’t recommend this more. Thanks for everything, Konrad & Michelle!

Kelly is a very generous host who offers a charming and rustic country stay in her private residence. The property is exactly as described and very comfortable. Set in gorgeous tropical bushland offering absolute privacy. We look forward to staying again. Kelly’s communication is excellent and she is always available to answer any questions in a timely manner.

We had a wonderful stay at Golden Beach! The house and surrounding area are tranquil and filled with natural beauty. The beach and creek are just a short walk away, making it the perfect base for our trip!

Me and my friends spend a lot of time at Airbnb’s - it’s kind of a hobby - so I think we have seen our fair share of places and can tell when something is nice . But this one was really outstanding! Julian and Amanda made it such an amazing space. It’s not just the look of the entire house, it’s all the small details that made our stay perfect! There’s more than enough towels, even heaps of small ones for the face, there’s bath salts, lavender bed spray, fresh eggs… the list could go on and on. Everything was thought of, which is something that’s not the case in every Airbnb. Julian was also super helpful with everything we needed. 10/10 recommend this place if you get the chance to stay there!
