Anton is very helpfully person! The place have great localisation for Brno track event, it is simple to get to Brno city center. I and my friends spent very good time during MotoGP event.

Great place to stay a few minutes by tram to the center. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen for our short stay. The only inaccurate information about parking was not on the property and street parking is paid (17-6) on weekdays. Michal, however, recommended nearby free parking options. We had such a great stay and would love to use the place again.

Hi, thank you for a great weekend. Everything went smoothly. The stay met expectations. Everything worked as it should. We came to explore the underground spaces in nearby Tišnov. So we didn't stay in the accommodation much. We had a nice chat with the host. If we ever go around, we'll be sure to try the place again. Thanks again Cesneek

Great for 8-10 people, separate rooms with private bathrooms provide plenty of privacy. Well-equipped living space, climatic, well-maintained and spacious. A wonderful neighbor from the net served us with his tomatoes 😍 a few steps from the house is the brilliant prosecco Siesta bar in an Italian vibe. We had a great time there.

We were with a group of four students on our way to a festival. She was incredibly kind and helpfull. We were offere a great breakfast, coffee and even some beers. To us it looked like she loved what she was doing and we greatly enjoyed our short stay. Easily worth twice what we payed.

We had an amazing weekend with 15 friends in this nice house. Everything was there we needed. The place is quiet and private and you can hang out without worrying to much about neighbors or the weather. Nice bbq and fire pit and draft beer!

So this was really Pribicka cool with everything! 🥂 Beautiful accommodation, clean, fragrant and everything perfectly prepared, not to mention the garden, it is a balm for the soul. 🫠 We had sunshine, warmth, so coffee in the garden on a deckchair and just the chirping of the goldfinches? What more could you ask for? You will find everything in the house, just pack your clothes and a toothbrush😊. Pavla and Petr are very nice people, even though we only saw each other for 10 minutes. The stay with Zdenka was very pleasant and peaceful. Zdenka is very kind, accommodating, helpful, and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. My 3-year-old son immediately loved it and Mrs. Zdenka treated him as her own. She always tried to give us tips on where we can go and where it's suitable for small children. As a bonus, my son and I were able to go collecting eggs that were luxurious.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay – from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The house is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed with so much attention to detail. Everything you need for a great weekend with a group is there. It was even better than we expected! Adam was incredibly helpful, kind, and flexible – a fantastic host! We can absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be back. Thank you for such a special getaway!

Great location and great value accommodation. The only thing I would recommend for a maximum of 7 people. There were 6 of us adults and 4 young children, however, 2 of the 4 bedrooms are passable, of which one neighbors with the kitchen and can't be closed. At the same time, the couch for sleeping is not comfortable. I will definitely recommend it!
