Parkování přímo u chaty na oploceném pozemku odkud je možnost vyrazit pěšky, nebo na kole krásným údolím Bobravy.

V přízemí, propojeném se zahradou, se nachází obytný prostor s kuchyní, jídelním stolem, krbem, televizorem, rozkládací pohovkou až pro tři osoby a ložnice s manželskou postelí. V prvním patře je hlavní vstup do domu, garáž, druhá ložnice s manželskou postelí a příležitostným lůžkem - orlím hnízdem. V každém podlaží se nachází koupelna se sprchovým koutem a WC.
