Beautiful villa in a very quiet location and with a beautiful nearby pond. Comfortable and really well-kept and pet friendly accommodation.

The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Communication without any problems, he responded immediately and there was no problem agreeing on anything. Accommodation as in the photos, everything clean and cozy. A big plus is the public transport in the immediate vicinity, as well as parking. We were really satisfied with the accommodation and recommend it.

Beautiful, clean space, perfectly equipped. Everything was perfectly prepared and the communication with the owners was great and they were very nice. And as a bonus, it's amazing wine :) If to Hustopeči again, this is the only place.

The stay was suitable for our group of three. The accommodation can also comfortably accommodate a significantly larger group.

There were nine of us in David's beautiful house with the family. The house is large, there were rooms for everyone and everywhere outside access. The pool and terrace with the barbecue were the absolute highlight for us. David sent us great excursion tips in advance. So we discovered a few enchantingly beautiful places that we will certainly visit again. David is a very dedicated host. He knew we were booking the house on the occasion of my mother's birthday and even suggested we organize flowers and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine. We had 3 really very nice days and would love to come back. Thank you!

Place was very nice and clean. I enjoyed my time staying here.

My girlfriend and I really liked the accommodation. We felt at home, the equipment was rich, everything you can think of. We were pleasantly surprised to find a television in the apartment upon arrival, which the website says the apartment does not contain. The kitchen was great, well-equipped. The cleanliness of the apartment is also excellent. As for the noise, with the windows closed it is quiet, you can't hear the noise from outside and the neighbours were not heard once during the whole trip. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone.

Tereza's place is one of the best accommodations in our trip. With following advantages: - good location, able to walk to Brno centrum. - every amenities are brand new. - kind host, though we did not met each other Tereza always promptly replied us. Also, she provides Brno travel tips, which is very helpful. - private parking space, very specious and safe.

Very nice location, the apartment is renovated and beautiful, we appriciated that fridge had basic necessities. We struggled a little bit with the water temeprature in the shower but other than that it was a pleasant stay

I must admit the Marco's apartment has been the best airbnb experience so far for me. Finally the apartment with the little details that make your stay pleasurable. I mean the check in and all the info provided, some food and snacks to enjoy during the stay, coffee and tea, and also extra present for us when we arrived. You can notice the listings on airbnb that are pure business and those with personal touch. This one is definitely the latter and that was all to Marco being helpful and there for you. As well to his ideas in the apartment to make the short stays as comfortable as possible.

We made a mistake when booking but Petra was so kind to help us through and allowed us to have a great weekend in Brno! I can recommend this place to everyone, everything was on point and the view, what a view! It’s been a while since I slept watching the stars in such a cozy terrace. The accommodation is located near the exhibition grounds, literally a few minutes by car and on foot, which the host also told us when we were discussing that we planned to spend time there. Everything went smoothly, the man was accommodating with parking, earlier arrival and departure. Everything is fine for us. The apartment is small but at the same time nicely spacious, everything absolutely without problems. It was a pleasant stay that I highly recommend. There is also a lift, so it is great if you are carrying heavy luggage or have problems with stairs. And the car park is just around the corner, so it's also absolutely amazing.

Centre of Brno, next to police station, plenty of street parking and the apartment is very clean

We have been going to Mrs. Jitka for 3 years and we have never had anything to complain about. The lady opens the door with a smile on her face, explains everything. The apartment is small, but very cozy and always smells clean. I highly recommend it if you want to be close to the centre and not pay overpriced rates.
