The apartment building in Old Brno was built in 1936 and is part of Brno's architectural wealth. It is located on one of the most attractive streets in Brno, in the vicinity of Špilberk Castle, on the so-called Pod Špilberkem Trail. Paid parking is available on the entire street. For families with children, we can recommend a nearby playground with nice features. A few meters from the house there is a popular pub near Albert, where it is quite lively in the evening.

Very simple but cozy, suitable for two people. 4th floor of 4 without elevator. Fully equipped according to the latest standards - coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer... and everything else that could be forgotten at home :-). Quiet area near the forest, 30 minutes by public transport to the center. Dedicated parking can be arranged on request (this service is already included in the price of accommodation).
