We offer a spacious house for rent that can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The house is located in a quiet village not far from Brno. Guests have the whole house to themselves. On the ground floor there is a living room with air conditioning, a dining room, an equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, a contact grill and a coffee maker. There are four bedrooms on the second floor, one of which has air conditioning. There are two bathrooms. Parking is available by the house or in the garage. There is an indoor swimming pool and a covered terrace in the garden.

The apartment is located on the 7th floor of the house with a magnificent view from all windows, making the apartment incredibly bright, sunny and quiet. You can relax on the terrace on a comfortable sofa or in the bedroom in a new bed. Warm summer days will be made more pleasant by air conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen and Nespresso coffee machine are a matter of course. You can walk to the center of Brno in just 10 minutes. Lovers of gastronomy, monuments, parks, sports and stylish cafes, of which there are a large number nearby, will enjoy themselves.

Accommodation is for a maximum of 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, where 1 child can sleep in the living room on the sofa.
