There aren’t enough superlatives to describe our experience at this listing. Jim was responsive, very communicative and very warm and friendly greeting. The apartment was clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The amenities were not just what was listed but so much more! There aren’t enough positive words to describe our experience. We will definitely be back!

This was a lovely home to stay in. It was clean, free of clutter and as pictured. We felt at home and it was a very walkable area. Thanks for making it easy for us and our pup to visit the area. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Had a great weekend catching up with college friends! Fabulous location - walking distance to shops, restaurants, walking along the water. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy time together comfortably in the open floor plan living room and dining room. Spacious and decorated like the beach, each bedroom had plenty of space and it was great to have 2 bathrooms. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and more! We made cookies, had cocktails, wine, coffee, and charcuterie boards. There were games, a speaker for music that is a night light lantern, and we found everything we needed including a sewing kit when one was needed! Luckily we are all good on stairs and as described they are steep - however this gives a great view of the water and sunsets! We stayed during the winter, but the front and back porch are probably very much enjoyed in the summer. We were thankful to have parking passes. Our hosts are amazing. We felt so welcome always! Thank you Paul and Laura! Best time!
