Beachfront holiday rental in Bristol County

My friends and I were very happy with our stay at Nadine's. The space came exactly as described, clean and cozy with nice thoughtful and very charming touches for one visiting Warwick and a seaside town! Very close to lovely restaurants where everyone was very friendly, and the beach is a few minutes away. We enjoyed dipping into the water, and runs by the shore. And Nadine clearly goes out of her way to make her guests feel comfortable! I would absolutely stay again.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Our hosts were very nice and Jenifer was extremely accommodating. The space was very comfortable , clean, and the kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. The area is very walkable with many great restaurants, bars, and an awesome coffee shop very close by. Parking was perfect and a huge plus was the ability to take our boat also!!

Host Donna was very responsive. House and linens were very clean. The neighborhood, while quiet was not the greatest to walk with young children. The best things about this house are the kitchen, and the view. Overall it was perfect for our family while our home was being renovated.

Jason’s place was perfect, very clean and had everything you need. He was proactive and very helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do and food in the area. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Newport.

Unreal deal and amazing views. Stay here if you value scenes and vibes over luxury. It’s an older home so it gets a bit hot and stuffy but you literally cannot beat the view. I’m almost reluctant to write such a good review so that I can gate keep the place for my family 😃. Can’t wait to go back!

From start to finish, Bill was accommodating and communicative. The place looks even better than the photos! quaint, relaxing, a great place to stay if you are in the area. The wrap around porch is to die for!

We had such a lovely stay at Fly Fisher's Cottage! It was really easy to get to local restaurants and places to visit from here, and just as nice to walk around the neighborhood and visit the beach. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, and is very stylish to boot. Clare was super accommodating too. I would happily stay here again if we're in the area! P.s. Definitely visit Rome Point Cafe just around the corner, and try their griddled banana bread!

We would love to return. We had a wedding a the Newport Beach house so it was super easy to walk across the street and walk back after the event.

I was so happy to have a room with a view of the ocean (though it included a view of some telephone lines and street lights, just fyi) and to be literally across the street from the beach. The room was spacious and calm, with lots of natural light, the bed was huge and comfy and clean, the parking was easy, and I really thought this was a great base for my Newport trip. Note; I stayed int he original building.

Thank you the place was awesome no complaints here me and the family had a great time and from some one that didn’t grow up seeing a place like this one this created a great memories for me and the family once again thank you.

We had an amazing stay at Newport Beach Hotel & Suites’s! Our first night there was a wedding party who stayed up quite late but the hotel was very accommodating when it came to moving our room due to some late night noise. Kris at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Extremely friendly, going above and beyond answering questions and making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location was right near the Newport downtown but far enough away that it wasn't too crowded when walking for coffee or grabbing lunch. Lastly, the rooms/bathrooms were renovated recently and were very nicely done!

I love this location. Huge rooms. Comfortable king size bed . Quiet. Great views. You can walk to this little beach around the corner. The kitchen has everything you need. Pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker. I bring my own food and cook. The tv has cable but I didn't see how to get Netflix. Also there are two big bathrooms. They have a pool but I haven't used it since I go in April. Newport is a quick drive over the bridge (there is a $4 toll fee- if you have EZpass no big deal). Plenty fo shops and restaurants in Newport and of course the huge mansions from the 1890's. It's about $50 to go into two of them. Or the Breakers, the most famous one is $35pp. Check out Bellevue Ave, its fabulous. I also like to eat at the Red Parrot. There are plenty of local shops to browse, and the Wharf where you can walk along the water. Parking is free in the winter/early spring. Check the signs cause they do have metered parking. I can usually find something, and there are lots you can pay per hour.

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

Exactly what we were hoping for! Location and view were outstanding. The working dock was so fun to watch!! Everything was fantastic!!!

We came to Rhode Island for my brothers Navy graduation and this place did not disappoint for our lodging! It was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. The hosts were amazing and very kind to communicate with. My family and I will definitely be back to stay again and next time for even longer! Thank you for hosting us!

This cottage is the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. The water view is amazing and the back screen porch is awesome. Great location, central to lots of great beaches and activities and restaurants. One thing to note though, the cottage has a very nice private rocky beach area, right in the back yard, but it is only accessible by the going down a long steep set of stairs and them down a large rock. This is not a complaint at all specific to the cottage, the water access is the same for all the homes in this neighborhood, but should be noted that it is difficult to access for anyone with any balance or mobility issues. overall a wonderful stay and Jesse was very responsive and helpful!! can't wait to visit again!

Amazing sunrise views from every room enticing you outdoors on this waterfront property. In town for a college graduation so just passing through but my son did hop on a kayak and take a few casts the morning we were packing up. Good and easy communication. Just lovely!

The cottage was comfortable, beautifully finished, and decorated. Waking up to the Kickamuit River and the sunrise right out outside was stunning! We had an Easter egg hunt in the yard and direct beach access was great! We had an issue on Monday; there was construction next door that prevented us from fully enjoying the peace that we sought. The owners did not know about the construction. Evolve quickly and respectfully handled arrangements between all parties to help us move to another peaceful quiet location in their portfolio. I am so grateful for their resolution and care for us.
