Holiday rentals with beach access in Bristol County

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was charming and historical, and very clean. It was well stocked for coffee and cooking plus Bradley considerately left us some pastries and fruit. The town of Warren was a gem! Cute coffee shops, breweries and restaurants, and all easily walkable from the house. In addition, we loved its proximity to the waterfront, which was beautiful! Loved it all!

This apartment is perfect for families with young kids! Tons of amenities like a pack and play and toys that kept my 2 year old entertained. Great backyard and a quick walk to multiple playgrounds and downtown Bristol! We had the best stay and will be back next year!

The place was so spacious for our group of friends for a weekend away! It was very well kept and we had an amazing stay!

We had a lovely stay at Karina’s place. She was flexible, communicative, understanding, and helpful. The place is in a great location and was also excellent for staying with our pup. Absolutely fit our needs perfectly!

We had a wonderful stay here! Bethany was incredibly attentive and we actually got to meet her & chat while on the property. The location is great, just steps from the waterfront and walking distance to a local park. Very private & quiet area, and the unit came supplied with everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place was great for our family! Marie was super communicative and friendly. The check in and out process was really easy and straightforward. Location was great and doable walk to town and great proximity to colt state park. They went the extra mile and had some toys and books which came in handy for our toddler. Thanks for a great stay!

I loved it. I expected from one photo to be right on the water, but ended up loving being in a building just above the water. The view from the porch looked out at the water, trees and skies from a great vantage point, was gorgeous and calming to my nervous system. The interior was beautiful and clean with so many welcoming and generous touches. We had everything we needed. Rosemary was warm and kind and respectful of our privacy. I would stay here again. There are wonderful restruants, cafes, diners, grocery stores a short drive away.

My husband and I had a wonderful long-weekend stay at Nicole's cottage in Bristol! It was located in a serene neighborhood near the water which was nice to walk down to throughout the day. We were close to downtown Bristol and an easy drive to Newport, too. This cottage was clean and adorably decorated with New England coastal charm. The bed was also very comfortable! We even enjoyed a night inside doing a puzzle, which the host provided, on one of the rainy evenings. Overall, we had a great, relaxing stay here and definitely recommend it!

Lovely and light-filled home right on the river in a stunning neighborhood. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed here for a few days to attend my niece's high school graduation after an overseas trip, and the home was the perfect place to rest and have a base from which to go and visit family. We would 100% stay here again.

Very nice stay for our family! We were very comfortable here. The backyard is its own little oasis and the hot tub was so nice! Great hosts with little touches throughout the house - snacks and drinks on arrival, tissue boxes on each end table, plenty of towels, local recommendations, and more. Cute and quiet town with some great local things to do. Very happy with our stay

The house was exactly how I imagined it. A very relaxed beautiful setting with birds chirping and right near the water. The home was gorgeous and Leigh Anne was great with communicating and all the lovely touches that she did that went above and beyond. I was unwell and she dropped off tissues and specials teas etc to help and advised me on the best way to get to a Doctor. The place was amazing and a real oasis to relax and unwind on a very busy 5 week trip. We had 3 night here and we wish we could of had more. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay in Paula’s house. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. She has a fully stocked kitchen that was a pleasure to cook in. The views are wonderful and the master bath is incredible. This house is sparkling clean! It’s located very conveniently to the bike path and Colt State Park. We loved the area and were thankful to have our long days end hanging out in this lovely house. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Absolutely wonderful location with access to the adorable downtown and right on the water with walking/bike path. The view was lovely! The place was spotless and kitchen was perfect. The house is not the same colors as described so it was a little tricky initially to find it and I thought it was a whole house (it is a single family house but you stay in only one part of the house). Thankfully there was no one staying in the rest of the house since I was there with 4 children! Also it’s noted that there is no TV so I was prepared for that but there also really isn’t a living room or living space so just something to keep in mind. A great stay!

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

My stay in Newport in Amber and John's room was quite perfect. The space was clean and spotless, and in a very central location to all of the nearby sites. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for somewhere to stay during their trip to Newport, RI. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely book this room again in the future!

Patti’s place is perfect for a family who wants to be close to the beach! The apartment also has lovely porch that overlooks a water outlet. Very clean and just as described. The kitchen is decently stocked with dish ware, cookware, utensils, coffee machine, toaster oven, etc. If you plan to cook large meals, recommend bringing some larger pots/pans/Tupperware. We had an issue with the fire alarm which was handled within 5 minutes by the host’s brother who lives next door - so impressive how fast they got it fixed! Partner and I both worked from the apartment for one day and didn’t have any issues with the wifi. Great spot!

We rented Kathi's place for our girls trip to Newport! It was plenty big and spacious to comfortably accommodate our group of 5. The best part is the prime location! Couldn't have asked for a better one - the Bodhi spa is right across the street, good restaurants that we could just walk to, plenty of shopping on the street. Kathi was always very responsive and even gave us early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Having free parking is a bonus on Thames St, you know if you have ever been to Newport! Overall we all had a fabulous time. Thanks Kathi.

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.

Simple, clean, close the beach!

Phil’s place is lovely. It gives a quaint fishingman’s home feel with modern appliances and a neat finish. It’s right in the middle of downtown New Bedford. My family came in from out of town and it perfectly fit my parents and grandma. I had the unfortunate experience of my other Airbnb canceling last minute and Phil’s place was available. I’m so grateful that Phil’s Airbnb was open and in a perfect location with gorgeous amenities. Thanks Phil!
