Kuća se nalazi podalje od prometnica i 180 m od mora. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

Silver gate apartment se nalazi u srcu grada Splita, u zgradi sa liftom, sa jedinstvenim pogledom (katedrala i zvonik sv.Duje, Srebrna vrata Dioklecijanove palače, Park šuma Marjan, gradska tržnica, gradska luka, more, zalasci). Dok ste u stanu imate sve na dlanu. Da biste se uvjerili morate nam doći i doživjeti jer fotografije ne mogu dočarati koliko je apartman sjajan. Imate dvije sobe sa terasama i klima uređajem, dva toaleta, prostranu kuhinju sa dnevnim boravkom i veliki predulaz.

Apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, large modern bathroom, free parking and private lounge area outdoors. NOTE: Both bedrooms have air conditioning, upon request two twin beds can be turned into king size bed by putting mattress topper on. Roller blinds and lights come with a remote.
