The interior is great as the lighting, a studio apartment with a room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious terrace overlooking the lake for two. A kitchen-house for socializing and the possibility of using an outdoor grill. For the sports section, there is a bike path and a boardwalk around the lake, a private volleyball court and work street out equipment for exercise, bass fishing, as well as a private beach for enjoyment and rest. Possibility to use the boat for an additional fee.

NOTE: Both bedrooms have air conditioning, upon request two twin beds can be turned into king size bed by putting mattress topper on. Roller blinds and lights come with a remote. The newly built accommodation / house RiverView is located by the river Buna. Staying in our accommodation offers a number of advantages, of which we emphasize a vacation on a private beach by the river Buna, beautiful promenades through the villag, canoeing on the Buna, picking homemade fruits and vegetables from a ranch nearby and using a spacious camp for play and socializing. The house is modernly equipped and has a bedroom, living room, equipped kitchen, cable TV and WiFi.

The beach is 70 m underneath the villa, you can also choose to spend your time on the terrace with a private pool and everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. One part of the pool is under the villa ,its designed if its raining or its cold that in the all time guests have heated area pool. Since the villa is located on a slope, it is divided into 3 levels. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 beautiful bedrooms.

Der Strand ist nur etwa 50 Meter entfernt und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze für zwei Autos sind vorhanden.
