The house is located away from the roads and 180 m from the sea. The parking is private and is about 50 metres from the house as the crow flies. Otherwise, the normal road from the car park to the apartment is about 270 metres. Upon arrival, it is not possible to drive all the way to the villa, but you can stop the car about 30 metres from the villa, unload your belongings and take the car to the car park. A beautiful view from the balcony of the town and the sea. We communicate with guests in Czech, Slovak, English and German. Not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties!

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Apartman Stina is a brend new studio apartment, situated on island Hvar in peaceful small town Sveta Nedelja, 39 km from Hvar. Beach is just in front of the apartment. It offers a big garden, barbecue facilities and a terrace with astonishing sea view. The apartment is located on the ground floor under terrace and garden and has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine and a stovetop.
