Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Brist

This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Heaven on earth. we loved every minute of our stay, from our first view of the mountains and oceans to the peaceful tranquility of the area. Wow! Just Wow 👌 The property is clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Frano was a wonderful host, always responsive, but left you to your privacy during your stay. An amazing place which will will certainly return to. I will miss our morning swims in the sea from the small deck below the house and our afternoons lying on the sunbeds in such a peaceful location. a wonderful island and ideal place to explore from. You will need a car, and Frano kindly helped us with this. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer than our three nights. We'll be back, for sure.

Stunning villa at the top of a seaside town. Beautiful view, not overlooked. Superbly equipped. The host is super responsive and has plenty of advice to give about the surrounding area.

The villa is compact but perfectly formed. It had everything we needed. The outside space is fantastic and we spent most of our time outside when at the villa. I was aware of the small public beach just to the side of the villa from previous reviews but it didn't trouble us as it wasn't very busy. Definitely take beach shoes as there are sea urchins, thankfully we did. 😊. Sobra is a great base for the island. Central location means you can visit Pomena/Polace one day and then visit Saplunara another day. Glad we had a car as definitely needed to get the most out of the island. Would highly recommend the e-bikes in the National Park. We were greeted by Ana's mum who was super friendly and very helpful. Ana was very helpful and reached out via text a couple of times to make sure we were OK. The use of the kayak was brill. Our son loved that.

Our stay here for 2 days in transit was perfect. The cottage and the garden are very pleasant , especially with our two small children, and the immediate surroundings are greener than can be seen in the photos. The cottage is very close to the waterfalls that are breathtakingly beautiful, and Ilijana also gave us the tip for a very nice beautiful swimming place nearby. We were received and waved off super friendly. Thank you Ilijana for the nice stay! Tip: make sure you have cash for the restaurants at the waterfalls and for the tasty treats in Ilijana's shop. My whole family was obsessed with this place. The adults loved the beautiful scenery and the peacefulness and the kids loved the hot tub and the swings. The house is adorable and very nice and the views were even better than the pictures. We loved meandering around Humac and being close to so many interesting small villages to explore. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat on the island of Hvar, you will be hard pressed to find something better than Mario’s place.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

Marko and Ivana have a delightful home and property! The pool is lovely and the €10 breakfast was absolutely amazing! Heavenly omelets and crepes! Loved meeting their sweet kitties and enjoyed the fresh eggs from their chickens. The apartment is quite spacious though we enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner outdoors. Nice to be walking distance from the Old Town, close to the ferry and a short drive to great beaches. Their communication was exceptional! Would love to return!

Absolutely perfect location with an awesome view of the see and town. Wish we stayed here longer.

We had a fantastic stay at Dana's apartment! It was perfect - beautiful views, comfortable, stylish, and we felt right at home. Only steps from the beach, a giant bowl of fruit to welcome us, extremely comfortable beds, great little balcony as well as a terrace for sunning with an equally wonderful view. There are even loungers you can take to the beach if you want. I did not want to leave! Dana and her daughter were wonderful and they were very flexible on check-out, which we very much appreciated. I can't wait to go back. Would definitely stay again - well worth the price.

Maja was a great host provided clear instructions on how to find and was responsive. Maja provided with lots of food for our 3 nights stay. Location of apartment was fabulous, just open the windows and you have a view of the Mostar bridge, river and minaret. Apartment was really clean, lovely and quaint. Close to everything. Definitely recommend!

We could not love this place more, so well equipped and insanely beautiful setting. It’s our favourite holiday and Ivana is always so accommodating and communicative 10/10

Just a wonderful apartment, perfect distance from the lovely town of Jelsa, nice and quiet and with immediate access to the water. Bojana is a wonderful host, incredibly generous and kind, she quickly felt more like a friend than just a host. We would love to come back. Amela’s place was lovely, the beach was just down the road and we really enjoyed swimming and snorkelling out there. The surrounding area is stunning!

We loved the place! It was spotless and everything was in really good condition. Close to the beach, supermarket and winery. The kitchen was really well equipped and we were welcomed with a platter of meats and cheese and the fridge stocked with water milk etc, which made us feel at home right away. Would highly recommend, and it was great value. We would definitely stay again☺️

We had a lovely stay in Marina’s place. A lovely 2 bedroom apartment with great sea views from the balcony. A 20 min walk from the old town with a quiet swimming spot just across the road. A few steps to climb, but that’s how you get the view😀

It was the first time in the area, suitable for a couple with a small dog. Everything was as described, beach and restaurants within 5 minutes' walking distance. The apartment had everything you need, great covered terrace, parking was possible right in front of the apartment. Luka was always available and asked if everything was okay. Very nice and friendly. I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay and agree that the balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Loved being able to quickly walk into town but also being away from the crowds a bit. The views were amazing, the apartment space was huge and we loved having a washing machine to do laundry. Ericka and her husband were so helpful with suggestion of where to eat and places to walk, to the amazing reference book in the apartment. Would definitely choose the apartment when in town!

We had a fantastic stay at Ivo’s apartment in Lumbarda. The location is perfect and the photos struggle to capture the beauty of view you get from the front terrace (there are two terraces!). Nothing separates you from the sea apart from the local road to the centre of town. There are a couple of very small sandy beaches in the town but 15 minutes walk to a beautiful large sandy beach. If you have a car we recommend Pupnatska Luka as our favourite beach - windy small road to get there but its worth it! Ivo and his wife were perfect hosts - lovely to deal with and very helpful. The apartment is bright open and spotless with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would love to come back in the future.

Both the location and the suite exceeded our expectations. Apartment modernly furnished and super clean. It has all or even more amenities than you expect for a Robinson vacation. The private beach and the location of the apartment offers privacy and tranquility so you can rest. The road is really worse but it has to be, otherwise the location would be too visited and with a lot of tourists to lose its charm. Malden and Momir are extremely friendly and always come to help if you need anything as well as with tips. We had a crazy nice time and it was a shame that everything went by so quickly😄.

We really enjoyed our stay in Orebic. Helena and her spouse welcomed us as if we were in a guest house! The apartment is spacious, clean, bright, and you have everything you need. It is within walking distance of restaurants, the port to take the boat shuttle to Korcula. The road to Orebic is beautiful, big favorite! A traditional waterfront restaurant is a 5-minute walk away, delicious, we enjoyed it! Don't hesitate!

The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, lots of clean towels, dishes, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and the exit leads directly to the beach. There are also two private sun loungers and a umbrella, which greatly simplifies your stay in high season. The balcony offers an amazing view. Svitlana was kind and helped with everything. It is also important that there is a private parking space. We will definitely come back, дякуємо!
