We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was as advertised and in addition we were very well received with the bonus of a small fireplace that was waiting for us which was very nice. I highly recommend it.

Perfect for a couple, with very useful private parking in the city center of Angers. Lots of shops within walking distance as well as bar and restaurants. Quite quiet environment.

clean place, well decorated. all the necessities available, cellophane, cotton swab, laundry detergent, tea, coffee, it's nice to have everything available for a stay course because we will not arm our suitcase and we are not going to do a big race. the only thing that bothered me was the front door which is not at all secure because it has a null lock and which has a hole clogged with scotch so between insecurity and soundproofing the front door would really deserve to be changed.

We spent 3 nights in this wonderful place. It wants to be cocooning and it's been a success, it feels good! Clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The beautiful terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors. A little extra, quietly located accommodation. Very good exchanges with Christine and her husband. Definitely one of the best Air BnB we've done. I recommend it!

Super convenient accommodation for a stay in Angers, very well-connected city center (bus and tram) Lidl nearby, fast food (pizza /bakery/kebab) a stone's throw away, quiet clean studio and small friendly terrace in good weather. We will surely return to the beautiful city of Angers and Philippe's airbnb if we can.

A real gem in the heart of Angers! This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations: exceptional location, close to everything, in a neighborhood as charming as it is convenient. The apartment is perfectly furnished, impeccably clean, and thought out in every detail to make you feel good from the first few seconds. Nothing is missing: everything is there, functional, aesthetic and comfortable. We feel like hosts have put heart into this place. An ideal parenthesis for the family, which we would have extended. A huge thank you for this gem that we would definitely recommend 200%! Small downside the incivility of some people on the street who can shout at 3am without respecting the sleep of some . But no connection with the apartment which was nice . Thanks again

Had a great time at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described: the impeccable cleanliness, the very comfortable bedding and the neat decoration immediately put me at ease. The location is ideal, close to transport and shops, while being quiet. The host was responsive and thoughtful, with little coffee touches that make a difference. I highly recommend this rental and will return there without hesitation the next time I visit the area!

We had a great time! As soon as we arrived, Freddy was kind enough to let us drop off our belongings in the morning, which made us feel very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped, modern and comfortable, with very nice little extras: lighting with remote control, automatic gates, quality sheets and towels... Ideally located only 20 minutes from Puy du Fou, it's perfect for enjoying beautiful days while having a quiet accommodation. For the price, it's really a great opportunity. Freddy is a very responsive, attentive and friendly host. We'll be happy to go back!
