Fred and Jess were incredibly hospitable hosts. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I settled in smoothly and felt completely comfortable. What was originally meant to be a 6-week stay turned into 11 weeks because of how welcoming and accommodating they were. They were always quick to respond to any questions or messages, which made everything even easier. The home itself truly felt like home to me, it had a warmth and comfort that made it hard to leave. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and there were no issues at all during my stay. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in town. From the first day I booked this trip, Tracy had been extremely kind and welcoming! I booked this trip to celebrate my birthday, it was the first time I was heading to the Bay Area and wanted to stay somewhere peaceful but not too far away from the city. This place went above and beyond my expectations! Not only was it very clean, it was also cozy, peaceful, relaxing, and felt like a home away from home. Check in was a breeze and extremely flexible. It was the perfect amount of space for two people. Throughout our stay, Tracy was incredibly thoughtful and gave us some great suggestions of what to do in the city. She was just a message away and always replied promptly. On our final day, she even made us a breakfast basket filled with delicious homemade food! It was the perfect way to end the trip and goes to show just how much Tracy makes you feel like a friend, not just a guest! Whenever we find ourselves back in the Bay Area, we’ll make sure to stay here again! Thank you Tracy! :)

Stephanie is an outstanding host, very responsive and communicative. She has the place so nicely decorated and very well appointed with kitchen equipment, books, night lights. Beds were very comfortable. Location is great and quiet. We hope to be able to stay again when we are in the Bay Area.

The pool cabana-cabin was lovely, well-equipped, and clean. Pam herself was very responsive, with clear instructions and welcoming vibe. Be aware that the property has multiple residents and the pool might not entirely be private at times. but everyone is very friendly.
