McDonald Cove Cabin

Rustic cozy cabin. Open concept for easy entertaining with glorious views of the water. Main floor bedroom with Queen bed plus open loft with Queen bed. The cabin has one bathroom opposite the downstairs bedroom. Great outdoor living with two decks; front deck facing the waterfront. Use stairs to access the beach and boat house which houses two single kayaks, one double kayak, life jackets, and beach chairs for guest use. One exterior security camera, which monitors the driveway is present.

Close by to Lena Lake, Murhut Falls, Olympic National Park, Rocky Brook Falls, and many other attractions on the Hood Canal. We have three kayaks available (two single, one double) for guest use.

Our property is a very quiet and safe place to visit. The pastoral view from the deck will let your mind and spirit wander as you sip on your coffee or favorite beverage. We are close to the Olympic mountain trails. A US Ranger Station is in town with maps and suggestions for hikes. The marina is 1/4 mile away if you want to launch a boat. Kayaks, paddle boards and water toys can be launched from our beach when the tide is right.

Incredible waterfront escape for 2 adults. Quaint cottage a few dozen feet from the water's no bank beach. Watch the boat traffic, State ferries, wildlife or the occasional whale. Enjoy the front porch watching the sunrise or sunsets. Less than 5 min walk to historic Manette where you will find restaurants, shopping & entertainment.
