Beautiful accommodation and great location and nice communication, we had a great weekend!

We felt very comfortable. Our 🐕 was welcome and yet it was not a typical dog apartment, everything very clean. It was great that the matching capsules for the coffee machine were available in such sufficient numbers. Our child, on the other hand, liked the fridge with an ice cube maker. 😉 Melanie was always available, thank you. That was definitely not our last stay there.

We were greeted very warmly upon our arrival. The apartment matches the pictures in the ad and was perfect for us, the ideal starting point for numerous activities. Close to the lake, a bus line a few steps away, the property itself invites you to linger, really beautiful. You want to go on holiday there, thank you.

The apartment is exactly as the photos: pristine clean, stylish, and restful. The location is 5 minutes walk from hiking trails, wonderful! We had a lovely time staying in the apartment.

The accommodation is extremely high quality. Beautiful furniture and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to feel right at home. 🙏🏽 The communication in advance was super good and everything was as described. I would definitely recommend it. If you arrive with several cars, then definitely check out the parking situation in advance, there are only 2 parking spaces at the house.

Beautiful stylish house with great property located on a stream. No unnecessary bells and whistles, but everything you need. We felt very comfortable. However, you should inquire whether an event is planned at the neighbouring municipal square. The Schützenfest on the last evening is only a stone's throw away, but you won't be able to sleep before 3:00 in the morning.

A nice location, with a terrace at the back, where you could sit nicely on the river, and behind the garden. It was a spacious house, with spacious rooms. Even the kitchen was a separate, and very spacious space. Everything was available. Very clean and tidy. Nice hiking in the village. Shops are 4 kilometers away. Edersee 20 minutes by car. Really worth it. A nice spicy walk done there. In short, value for the price.

Super nice! Idyllic, large meadow by the house great for ball game or frisbee, several creeks by the house + various cozy places. Inside everything very tasteful, nice mix of old + new, lots of wooden beams, very different room heights. Upstairs 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Toilet on the ground floor would be more practical, especially since the stairs are a little special, just old building. The remnants of the former mill right by the house ensure a clearly audible perpetual sludge. You can't hear cars passing by at some distance. Directly around the house there are only meadows, water, trees, fields as well as the neighboring house with 2 (?) other apartments. Lots of beautiful views. Brilon can be reached in 5 minutes by car, but you feel very nice to yourself due to the valley location. Weak Wi-Fi, which is noticeable during music streaming and use of the media library, for example. Good fully automatic coffee machine. With all the small criticism or ideas for improvement: we felt very comfortable!

We spent two nights at this beautiful place. The house is a true gem in a wonderfully idyllic location. Gisela is a warm, helpful and all-round wonderful hostess. We lacked nothing and we would love to come back.

Beautiful house with terrace and garden, many beautiful corners for a retreat during a group stay. Everything you need. All appliances functional. Beautiful view from the terrace. Thank you we were very satisfied!

We stayed at Axel's place last year and felt very comfortable again this time. The apartment is well-equipped, nothing is missing and you have everything you need. As always, the contact with Axel was very nice and straightforward. Check-in was quick and easy. We appreciate the good value and will definitely be happy to come back! A completely successful stay.

Apartment is as described, communication with Alexa hassle-free. Everything clean, kitchen with everything you need, terrace to rest perfect. Recommended!

We felt comfortable with Bettina right now. The roof terrace is the absolute hit :) Bettina was super helpful and always super accessible. Absolutely recommended.

We had a wonderful 3 days in Winterberg and stayed 2 nights at Steve's place. The location is great, you are at the ski slopes/hiking trails/in the center with fifteen minutes. The house is clean and tidy, with 2 bedrooms with in both double bed.

We felt very comfortable in Keanu's apartment. Was well heated, cozy and clean and everything you need : )
