The bathroom is featured with a shower and a toilette. The balcony has a beautiful view of surrounding nature and the pool. Free Internet and parking are available. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Seherezada housing complex consists of one villa and two additional houses located in a quiet and peaceful area away from traffic noise, with a large 5000m2 yard surrounded by beautiful, wild and unspoiled nature, ideal for relaxation. Available within the complex is a gym, a basketball/volleyball court and children's playground, an outside kitchen with a possibility of ordering breakfast and other meals. Also, the complex has a big swimming pool with sea water and a closed heated spa.

The apartment is located in a quiet, family neighborhood. 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood contains 4 grocery shops and 3 restaurants. Since we are both in retirement, we can provide service almost 24/7. The apartment has 2 balconies to enjoy summer evenings, and an extra bed in case of young children. Breakfast and clothes washing/drying are possible.
