Kristinne offered us a very personalized mention at all times, she was very friendly, the location of the accommodation in a very quiet area.

Staying at this place was a nice experience! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The location is great, close to the city and the beach, but also quiet and relaxing. I especially want to commend Martha, who was incredibly kind and helpful. From the moment of arrival, she welcomed me with a smile and gave useful tips on places to visit in the area. She was always available for any questions and concerns which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. I'll definitely be back again!

When i book a B&b i always hope to find a place like this. Small , beautifull place with friendly host. Outside sitting space. Very good breakfast. Price - quality superb. Thank you Sandra, and Tomas for the hospitality! Tip , we stayed 2 nights and did a truffle hunting with Tomas and his dogs. Good cycling area too!

A very nice place with great location close to the centre and beach

Marta and her parents are angels, they give much more than the services offered and with complete discretion. Viviana, the little house fairy, makes the floor so shiny that you can walk barefoot throughout the house with ease. All activities, shops are 2 steps away. The Hotel is right in the heart of Fasana and the view from our room was amazing!

From the initial booking Lorena’s communication was excellent. She gave me clear instructions on where to park and she met us at the precise time confirmed to take us to the pedestrian zone in her car. The bed was comfortable, bathroom sparkling clean with a good shower head and the balcony was so lovely to sit and soak in the view. Lorena supplied us a large breakfast of scrambled egg, cheeses, tomatoes, cold meats, croissants, yoghurts, fruits, fresh coffee and juice. This was all included in the price of the room. I highly recommend this place.

Great!! Super kind staff! Perfect location, right in the city centre

everything worked out, was clean, nice staff, you have 30 minutes to the city. Parking is not directly at the property. There is no refrigerator. And what is really terrible at the entrance, there is a motion sensor for the light and every time you go to the toilet, the light turns on. That means when the other person is sleeping and you go to the toilet at night, the light is on. Real No go is totally insane!!

We booked off season and late in the afternoon as we arrived to Grožnjian later than expected and Snežana was a delight to meet. She efficiently got us to our room on a busy Saturday evening with the nice restaurant entertaining others. Local patrons were kind and helped an elderly couple pull their car back on the road after they missed a turn nearby as well. The helpful spirit was appreciated, and the delicious white house wine served at the restaurant was a great treat not to miss. Breakfast was delicious. Lastly, the room was warm (in winter) and clean and just as advertised. Thank you Snježana!

super friendly people, would book again:)

We had a great stay here. The couple is super friendly and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. There are 3 rooms so it is very quiet and you are often alone in the pool. Breakfast was very tasty and varied. Every morning you could expect a different breakfast. Also everything was homemade and organic. The fridge was stocked with homemade wine and schnapps. At breakfast there was homemade cheese, homemade meat, vegetables from our own vegetable garden,... (We also got a nice tour in the vegetable garden.) Every morning we got tips on what we could visit, it was also always asked if everything is okay,... The only lesser thing is that it is a bit remote, this offers a lot of peace and nice walks, but you do have to drive along narrow winding paths. But this is definitely worth it!

Alfea and Gabriele created a wonderful place here and lovingly designed down to the last detail. They are very attentive hosts with whom you like to chat. Nevertheless, you can feel the effort to let the guest have their privacy. The room and terrace are very pretty and the well-maintained pool offers a refreshing cooling off after excursions. The garden is beautiful, with scent roses and other wonderful flowers. It was a really nice stay, Thank you Alfea and Gabriele!

Luka has a very nice hotel with his uncle. The rooms are well renovated and the bed is really comfortable. You have a balcony facing the sea. The welcome was very nice, explaining and showing you everything. Better than in most 5 star hotels 😀. Breakfast is good and the pool in front of the house just gorgeous. Love the place.

Everything was fine. Plaza and a boat to Brijuni nearby.
