This wonderful modern apartment is situated on the union canal and right next to Linlithgow golf course. Less than 15 minute walk to both Linlithgow Palace and train station via a stunning canal stroll. Public swimming pool only 5 minute walk away. Golf course 2 minutes away. There is an open plan living space with a sitting area and double sofa bed, Smart TV, kitchen and dining table for four. There is a separate double bedroom and bathroom with full modern bath and shower area. Parking is on a private driveway with ample space for multiple cars. Great central base.

Set within large garden and adjacent to owners house. Located within countryside only 2.5 miles from the historic town of Linlithgow. with railway links to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling. Ideally placed within the central belt to visit many of its attractions and 11 miles from Edinburgh airport. A welcome breakfast pack included.

Beautiful one bedroom flat in Portobello, Edinburgh’s seaside town. Ideally located for a relaxed stay and long walks on the beach, Nicola and I have lived here for 10 years and think it’s the perfect place to stay in Edinburgh. Only a short bus or taxi ride into the heart of the city, Portobello is the best of both worlds. To get to the beach just walk under the bridge and straight down Brighton Place and Bath street. It’s a 7 min walk.
