Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brighton

Connie is an amazing host!! Realized that we flew in super early with a toddler, she made sure everything was ready for us with a super early check in. She thought of everything you could need with kids, there was a toddler potty, toys, she provided a nice goody bag for him and some snacks, which was nice after a long flight. Offered us a free zoo visit. She even sat out some slides and play sets for my son. She checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Meet her husband and he was super nice. Honestly didn’t even know they were home the whole trip. The beds were super comfy, the house was super clean with everything you could need. We grew up in the area and picked this because of the central location, we will def book again next time we’re back.

Absolutely beautiful home! Spacious, looked identical to photos, plenty of gathering areas on the interior and exterior, and fresh/clean linens. Pantry with plenty of items for cooking meals, clean appliances free of build up, updated amenities including Peloton Bike! Will absolutely stay again when in the area. Scott was responsive, accommodating, and made his property available on 1 hour notice! If looking for a place in Denver and/or surrounding areas, worth every penny! This house was a great landing spot for our family (3 adults and 2 children). A quiet neighborhood, lots of room to spread out, walkable to Walmart (which came in handy when we wanted to grab quick late-night groceries for breakfast after putting the kids to bed as soon as we arrived). You're definitely going to need a car for most activities, but that's to be expected when renting a place in the suburbs; worth it for us to have the space with kids. Very close to playgrounds and easy highway access for getting to other attractions.

Overall, this was a 5+ stay. From the very beginning, James was responsive and timely. We arrived to find the house spotless, well lit, music playing, and exactly as described/pictured…. Maybe even better. The kitchen was well equipped, linens were spotless and ample, and the neighborhood was quiet. 25 is just behind, so there was some road noise at times, but it was minor and really only noticed it 1 night. The house is beautiful and perfect for a group of family and/or friends. We would love to stay there again.

A beautiful home for a large group! We absolutely loved the newly renovated home. It is overlooking a large open space with great views. The three bedroom and three bathroom home was just what we needed. The kitchen was FULLY stocked and had all kinds of coffee equipment. The game area would be perfect for kids! Highly highly recommend! I have literally nothing bad to say.

Really well situated close to DEN airport with comfortable beds. The space is cozy and somewhat quirky, with everything we needed for our short stay. Large grocery/retailers within easy driving distance.

Travis and wendee are by far the best hosts we’ve had so far very responsive respectful and friendly hosts 5/5 very private and homey! The location is close to local restaurants and places near the University district and downtown is only 15 minutes away! Will book again in the future

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

The space was very private and clean. It was bigger than expected and the perfect space to stay!

Cynthia was so kind and thoughtful. Her husband and dog Lupa were also so friendly, I wish I could stay forever! The cabin was spotted with meaningful little touches that made us feel so taken care of. Beautiful view, took my breath away. Downtown Boulder is a short drive (10 minutes) but you really feel immersed in nature despite the close location! FYI driving was slightly daunting at night coming home from dinner, but that’s coming from a city dweller who’s not used to back roads! Lol. 10/10 Airbnb!

Jimmy’s home was the perfect getaway/escape from the city while still being very close to everything! He was a top notch host and was very accommodating. It was a nice reset from reality. 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Dee’s while in town for graduation. The house is lovely, with everything we could need. The rooms were very comfortable. Luckily, the weather was beautiful so we spent most of the time enjoying the garden. The neighborhood is quiet, close to walking paths and convenient to CU. Overall, a perfect stay for a family gathering.

We had a great time in this beautiful home! There is so much to do for adults and teenagers. We made use of a lot the amenities (fire pit, axe throwing, arcade games, board games and hot tub). There is a grocery store about 15 minutes away, we got several meals and cooked at the house, which is stocked with plenty of cooking essentials. The owner is great at communicating and responded to me very quickly.. We definitely want to plan another trip to stay here.
