We immediately felt at home. The apartment is beautifully appointed and always completely clean, spacious, and functional. Its design is ideal, and the furniture is comfortable and practical. The balcony and its furnishings provide a genuinely nice touch and lend an additional opportunity for relaxation. The full-size refrigerator, toaster, washer, and dryer are real assets and allow us to live there like we do at home. The pantry space is perfect and the apartment well stocked. The building is modern, quiet, clean, and secure. A unique feature is the easy and immediate access to a large Cole’s grocery store. The Brighton location is wonderful. The train to Flinders Street lies a short walk away, as do Landcox Park and the beach. Many shops, cafes, and restaurants lie nearby. Jill makes us feel very much at home and well cared for. We enthusiastically give Jill’s apartment our very highest recommendation—we cannot imagine better!

Lovely property and ideal location.

Great place to stay! Very bright and comfortable and walking distance to shops, beach and parks. Our host Rosie showed warmth, flexibility and responsiveness throughout our stay. The condo is flooded with natural light, has comfy beds and is well appointed, although it could use some general maintenance work to keep up with wear and tear. However when we let Rosie know of our concerns she went above and beyone to make things right. Overall we loved the place and would definately stay again.
