"Mozzio antica" vacation home and garden Ossola

"Mozzio Antica" is an ancient residence located in the historic center of the small hamlet. Mozzio di Crodo (VB), in the mountains of the Antigorio Valley, at an altitude of 820 meters above sea level. In 2015 it was renovated with the utmost care and attention and in accordance with the local architecture, giving it delicate tones and precious details. It is a detached mountain house with an exclusive garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley, equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

A villa immersed in tranquility and nature, set in a large park of an ancient villa overlooking the Val d'Ossola. The accommodation consists of a large and cozy independent studio, an open space of about 30 sqm just renovated, with a view of the garden. It is located in the small village of Creggio, at the foot of the medieval tower of the same name and the municipality of Trontano, in a strategic position, close to the entrance of the Vigezzo Valley and just a 5-minute drive from the center of Domodossola.

It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

This charming accommodation in a former farmhouse awaits guests who are looking for a unique holiday experience. A steep footpath leads from the village to the house in around 8 minutes. Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.
