We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful family farm! The home was spotless, comfortable, and so relaxing. The pool was clean and inviting, and the hosts were warm and attentive. We especially loved the sweet donkey—it made our visit extra special. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this peaceful retreat to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Super nice and friendly host. Apartment is exaktly like described. Amazing views from you personal terrace. 15 min drive to Motovun or Groznjan. 25 min to Novigrad and the beach. Little Supermarket in reach of a 5 min walk.
