Zu der Whg. gehört eine komplett ausgestattet Küche, ein Dusch-WC, ein Wohn-Schlafzimmer, Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, TV und WLAN stehen zur Verfügung. The split-level architecture, the timber frame and the selected interior design give this accommodation the special flair.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. Our cozy apartment on the mezzanine floor of an old Lüneburg townhouse was renovated in 2022 and lovingly refurnished. The apartment is located on the edge of the old town in a quiet one-way street with little traffic, just a few minutes walk from the center on the sand. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are immediately accessible. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No pets allowed.

Studio in the heart of Lüneburg

Our Studios are located on the ground floor and 1st floor of the house. They are 19-25 sqm in size and have a double bed. Please note that you book a category and we allocate the studios according to availability. Allocation is subject to availability. We are happy to try to accommodate individual requests.  All studios have a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and their own separate shower room.

One-bedroom apartment on the edge of Lüneburg

Located in the Ochtmissen district, 2 kilometers from the old town of Lüneburg, which is easily accessible by car or bicycle, but also by bus. Supermarkets are 1-2 kilometers away. Opposite, a forest with a small game reserve invites you to take a walk. The one-room apartment (26 m²) is accessed through a separate entrance. In it, 2 guests (possibly + 1 child by arrangement) enough space.

Direkt hinter den Weiden vom AZL steht das Fachwerkhaus mit dem Appartement „Carl-Otto“, das sich im Nebengebäude befindet. Im Eingangsbereich können Stall- und Wanderschuhe sowie die Jacken gleich an der Garderobe bleiben. Im 1. OG ist dann dias gemütliche neue 1-Zimmer-Appartement mit Bad und Kitchenette.
