A private cottage on 2 acres with wildlife, yet only a bike ride to the beach. Great near town location, near bike path and walk to restaurants. 25 years old min age for booking, of all guests, and ID will be verified. Only registered guests on property. House ONLY has outdoor shower, enclosed with plenty of hot water. Bathroom inside. Kitchenette is large but has no stove or means to cook. Fridge, microwave, but. no freezer- bags of ice avail at deli. 3rd full bed, in alcove- not full privacy.
