Vacation home Eifelgasse

The Kirchberg vacation region "in the middle of the Hunsrück" - surrounded by the Moselle, Rhine, Nahe and Saar river valleys, is one of the most beautiful and interesting natural landscapes in Rhineland-Palatinate. The vacation home is centrally located but quiet in the middle of the village. Restaurants and bike rentals are available. Kirchberg is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours, climbing, exploring the suspension rope bridge or visiting natural and adventure pools.

*PURE NATURE* Forest cottage at the farmhouse in the countryside

We offer our "cottage" here! It is located directly on the edge of the forest behind our house and is part of an old mill farm in the middle of the forest! We are 1 kilometer away from the nearest neighbor and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. This is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! In the cold season, you MUST additionally heat with the fireplace!

Relax and enjoy everything the Moselle has to offer while staying in a unique, tranquil accommodation. An authentic apartment with original beam construction has been created in an old winery. Enjoy a delicious drink on the terrace with a beautiful view over the Moselle Valley. There are numerous beautiful hiking and biking routes, and the Erdener Treppchen is highly recommended for experienced hikers. Also, visit the many wineries and taste the local cuisine.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Small two-storey cottage. On the ground floor storage facilities for bicycles. The apartment on the first floor can be reached via an external staircase. It is divided into a living/dining area with small kitchenette and a bathroom with spacious shower. To sleep, head down the inner stairs to an open gallery, where a 1.60 m wide bed awaits you. If you come with four people, the couch can be folded into a full double bed.

Die Mosel ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Bahnhof befindet sich in ca. 400m Entfernung.
