The gîte is located in a small, quiet hamlet, close to the most beautiful things that Charente-Maritime has to offer. For weekend reservations: possibility of checking out on Sunday at 5 pm to enjoy

Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. You'll love this unique and romantic getaway. Built around 1880 on the site of an old 18th century mill, the Magimar Tower is neo-medieval in inspiration. Built in cut stone, it includes a basement converted into a bathroom, a ground floor equipped for breakfast, a bedroom floor with vault and a panoramic terrace with a view (360°) of the Gironde estuary. The building is flanked to the northwest by a watchtower that houses a spiral staircase.
