The cottage is lovely and spacious and is attached to our house which has an acre of established garden with plenty of space for children. There is an open fire for lovely cosy evenings in and the logs are all supplied. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk into Bridlington town centre. It is a tranquil setting with no traffic noise and can be rented as a one bedroom house or as a double and a twin. The price quoted for 2 adults will be for the use of the main bedroom only.

A few minutes drive or 30 mins walk is the beach and New Town with attractions for the whole family and plenty of eating, drinking and shopping choices.

If you are attending an event our flat is less than 5 minutes walk. Perfect ! We are even closer to the beautiful beaches, harbour, town centre and other attractions. This is an ideal location for fishing trips or exploring the stunning coastline and town locally. Visit the Old Town or take a boat trip, this location couldn't be better.

This property is newly renovated for the 2017 season, it is extremely tidy throughout. All kitchens, furniture and appliances are brand new. The property comprises of a spacious lounge including smart TV, with a bed settee to accommodate addition guests, well appointed bedroom with TV, brand new kitchen and bathroom with shower facilities.

"THE HUT" a pleasant hide away.

"The Hut" is a garden summerhouse simply decorated with a double bed to sleep 2, it has a small kitchenette to give you independence. It is situated in an enclosed well-maintained garden, with access through the main house, with a downstairs washroom, and upstairs bathroom which are shared facilities. Seating and table in the garden so you can eat alfresco and relax in the evening.

I cannot describe how amazing the views are from my place. The lounge and both bedrooms directly overlook the beach, sea and harbour, you couldn't be closer. With the beach, town and Bridlington Spa all within a few minutes walk you won't be short of things to do. An excellent base to enjoy Bridlington or to explore the glorious coasts of East and North Yorkishire.
