Our bright and modern one bedroom apartment provides an ideal base from which to explore Royal Deeside! There is an abundance of leisure pursuits, fine dining and shopping on our door step! Walking/running/cycling/trails/hills/scenery/fishing/lochs and rivers/castles/road biking/mountain biking/ just relaxing!/amazing food and drink! We also have an electric car charging point should you wish to discuss car charging options. A few cupboards and drawers aren’t usable. Please do not open them

This cosy 1 bedroom flat, in the heart of Aboyne, makes for an excellent base when exploring the many wonders of Royal Deeside. Located on the ground floor and benefiting from its own private entrance, the property is perfectly suited for 2 people (4 with the use of a luxurious double sofa bed). It's location is also ideal for those wishing to explore Deeside by foot or on bike. It even has secure bike storage on site. And a number of shops & amenities within walking distance. The Annex ( with Sauna )

Self check-in is available if required. Self contained annex with spacious, south facing bedroom with access out to the garden which guests can use. We are 2 minutes walk from the river and can direct you to nearby hills and lochs where scenic walks can be enjoyed. There is a cosy, friendly pub just round the corner which serves lovely home cooked meals all day. They welcome "muddy boots, kids and dogs". We are dog friendly too so please feel free to bring your well behaved dog along.

Idyllic Farmhouse in Stunning Deeside Location

Blackness Farmhouse is a traditional cottage still retaining many of its original features. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized, open fires replaced for wood burners and carpeting added to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was our home while we converted the nearby barns into our new house. and although storage was tight for a busy family of 6, we loved our time living there and always felt it would make a perfect holiday home. We hope you enjoy your stay.

The Farm Bothy Cottage

The Farm Bothy cottage offers luxury accommodation on a working sheep farm. It is self-contained, within a modern steading/barn conversion. We live in the other wing of the house. You can explore the farm, woodlands and our garden. Ideally located for visiting nearby castles and distilleries the area also has great cycling, golfing, fishing and horse-riding. Our local pub is a mile away. The nearest town, Alford, has a pub, restaurant, shops, supermarket, parks and museums.

This home has an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area at its heart. A large TV and ample space make it ideal for cozy evenings. The window seat offers mountain views, perfect for quiet moments. The kitchen opens to a patio, a sheltered evening suntrap with soothing natural sounds—great for unwinding. The bedroom is a cozy retreat, and the bathroom is always warm and inviting. This property combines modern comfort with the tranquility of its natural surroundings.

Lovely holiday cottage in the Cairngorms for two with open plan kitchen living area, cosy sleeping gallery, contemporary shower room and private patio. The Couthie Cooshed is cosy well appointed and is set in a private garden on the edge of fields. This barn is a wonderful place to relax and unwind in the country surrounded by fields and wildlife. The kitchen wing flat at Balintore Castle (1860) was restored in 2019 and has proven very popular. Full self-catering facilities are available.
