My daughter needed emergency housing for her last two months at Tulane University and Jen’s airbnb turned out to be the perfect apartment! The three rooms and well stocked kitchen are decorated thoughtfully with an abundance of storage. There's a very cool roof deck! I believe the building was a popular night club or bar originally. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I spent the first three weeks and the last week with my daughter in the apartment. I was very comfortable leaving her to live alone away from where most of the students have housing. The house is on a the cutest street with ample street parking if you have a car. You are walking distance to Audobon Park at the top of Magazine Street and the golf course. Whole Foods is also very close. Everything you would want to do in New Orleans is within a 15 minute drive. Jen was always quick to respond and an appliance issue was quickly resolved. I highly recommend renting this perfect airbnb!

highly recommend this location! restaurant, convenient stores and groceries all close to the location. Jayne was very responsible, and helpful. Location is quiet and safe. For those who like to order packages from Amazon, you don't need to worry about people stealing them off the porch. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely book again in the future.

One of several units across from the Mississippi River levee & walking trail. The hosts were very responsive and flexible. A few hiccups were resolved. Old Jefferson is centrally located so getting around to all parts of the city is really easy. Like a lot of other older neighborhoods, it could use a little sprucing up, but it is safe and quiet. The beds and the linens were extremely comfortable; the decor was tasteful and the kitchen was well-stocked. This was the first time I rented an Airbnb for longer stays so I needed to adjust my expectations re: amenities (i.e. BYO Blowdryer, etc). If you read the instructions better than I did you will know what to bring. Overall, this was a positive experience and I would stay there again.
