Spent a week in Donald’s place while looking at property to buy outside of town. Perfect location, had everything you could ask for, and so quiet and peaceful! We loved the outdoor area and chairs to sit outside & enjoy the spring weather!! We would definitely recommend staying here. Our only complaint would be the bed may need a new mattress, as my 7 month pregnant self & my husband both woke up with backaches every morning from the hard mattress! Otherwise, it was an amazing stay and Donald was even there at midnight to welcome us and ensure we made it into the house safely!!

The host was super quick to reply and give us information. She was helpful and friendly, and left the lights on when we were going to arrive later than expected. This is a perfect location, it's only 30 minutes away from the major stuff in town. Super quiet and low-key. We loved our stay, and everything was spot-on! The cabin was clean, tidy, and very cute. The cabin was also stocked with everything you could possibly need; they even had a grabber just in case you couldn't reach the fire blanket in the cabinet. Everything felt very well thought out. Beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked great! Loved our stay! :) ALSO they have goats, we didn't know until the next morning, but they were so cute!!

Our trip was a 2 month stay due to medical treatment in the area. There was a lot of planning that went into such a trip and finding somewhere to live for 2 months that has all someone needs can be a challenge. Vanessa was amazing from our first communication. Always responsive, flexible, understanding and accommodating at every turn. The house is gorgeous and in a great, quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean, clutter free and without a single issue the entire time we were there. We needed a handicap accessible entrance and this home has that with its front door. The back yard was a great escape for the entire family. I highly recommend Vanessa and this property to anyone and will look to book this again in the future when I come to New Orleans. Thank you Vanessa for everything you did for my family; ensuring that this major aspect of our planning was one of the easiest!
