I loved this place, which was fenced behind the backyard for extra privacy. Very close to Tulane and only an 11 minute walk from the streetcar line on S. Carrollton. It's a super safe area and very peaceful. The small studio made the most of the space provided, and was also very cozy, had a very nice ambiance. Pool was right outside the door, which was perfect for cooling off in June. I took advantage of the pool multiple times, I had a fantastic experience. Overall, I would love to get this place again in the summer.

Ryan’s place is great! The noise isn’t an issue imo as mentioned in other comments, and I slept just fine. Plenty of street parking right out front. Had everything I needed: bathtub for long soaks after a lot of walking, washer/dryer in unit, and full kitchen. I recommend staying at Ryan’s place when visiting NOLA.

Michael and Robert were incredible hosts. From the moment of arrival to every communication during our stay. They were friendly and thoughtful and made our first time to New Orleans that much nicer. The space was very nice and clean and super comfortable. A/C was definitely our saviour during our stay! The area was so nice and relaxing yet exciting. Plenty of amenities within short walking distances meant you would never need to leave the area if you didn’t want to. Which would be crazy because New Orleans as a whole has so much to offer everyone! Everything we had planned to do and see was within a convenient 20-25 minute drive max. The food was incredible, the people were so nice and our stay with Robert and Michael in this incredible city just may have made the short list for one of our favourite trips to date. We cannot wait to return and we will absolutely be booking with Michael and Robert again in the future.

Great place! Not fancy but more eclectic and New Orleans relaxed. Very comfortable and accommodating. You are clearly in someone’s home (little kids stuff everywhere). Didn’t bother us but people might not know to expect.

Was a very enjoyable place to stay, even given we weren't there much during our stay. My friends and I had plenty of room and generally everything we could've asked for in a place to stay. Would recommend as a place to stay given how easy it is to get to downtown and how affordable it was for us compared to what a hotel would be normally for how long we stayed.
