Old barn converted into a dwelling in the heart of a small very quiet hamlet around a church classified as a historic monument. The wooded garden (2000 m2) adjoins a field with horses. In the heart of the Cotentin and Bessin Marsh Regional Nature Park, the marshes are a 5-minute bike ride away. To visit in the area: Omaha Beach (15 min), Bayeux Tapestry (20 min), Caen (40 min),... For everyday life, it's a 5-minute drive from all shops.

The Célysse farmhouse is a typical Bessin farmhouse dating from 1820. It consists of a large room, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. The floor has 4 bedrooms. Outside there is a courtyard and a 1500 m2 garden with terrace and pond. It is located near Trévières (all shops), 9 km from the landing beaches (Omaha Beach) and 12 km from Bayeux (Tapestry, cathedral...) Bed linen and towels are provided.

We restored and fitted out this large room in an old barn. It is located on the first floor of our house and is accessible through a private entrance. We wanted to keep its old features, part of the ceiling is made of earth and straw. The exposed stone walls have been restored with lime in the old fashioned way. The room is large, 40 m2, with beautiful views of the countryside. En suite bathroom. Very quiet place
