The cottage reflects the time between the two world wars, as the Rapallo border (1920) ran above it. It offers all the necessary comfort and charm of the past. It is located in the Natura 2000 area, which is adjacent to the Snežnik Regional Park. It is an excellent starting point for exploring the nearby surroundings (Snežnik, Pivka plateau,...) as well as wider (Kvarner, Brkini,...), where you can take our e-bikes, which are included in the price of accommodation (two nights one day free use of bicycles).

The holiday house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities. Sure! Tourist tax is not included and can be arranged with us (cash).

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

This spacious holiday home is located in the Winnetou village near Novi Vinodolski, in the district of Ledenice-Breze 17 km from Novi Vinodolski. A little off the beaten track, you will find a small oasis of retreat. The house sleeps 4-6 people and is divided into 2 bedrooms, a living area with fully equipped kitchen and dining room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the living area there is a sofa bed for two more people. Internet, satellite TV and a parking space

U 150m2 smjestene su 3 klimatizirane sobe, 2 kupaone, moderno opremljena kuhinja i dnevni boravak. Na raspolaganju je u sklopu kupaone infracrvena sauna za potpuni relax. Zatvoreni tip dvorišta osigurava potpuni osjećaj slobode i privatnosti. Osim velikog bazena i roštilja, posebno smo mislili na naše najmlađe pa se u dvorištu nalazi i sadržaj za djecu.
