A quiet place with a beautiful clean sea and a beach below the house and next to the house. Enjoy sunbathing on the beautifully landscaped terraces with the sound of birds chirping, and in the evening enjoy a glass of wine with beautiful pleasant lights on the terraces. You have a balcony where the fig tree makes shade, a garden with deck chairs, a grill and everything that makes your vacation pleasant. The apartment is the entire 1st floor of the house, 2 separate rooms with large double beds, 2 toilets, a kitchen with appliances, a living room and a hallway and parking for the car.

Villa Marisan is located in the peaceful village of Bribir, 4 km from Novi Vinodolski, 15 kilometers from Crikvenica. The house consists of two floors, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room and a dining room with a kitchen. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with separate bathrooms and a corridor. On the outside of the house is a terrace of 70 m² with swimingpool. Upper floor has access to a 15 m² terrace. Parking place is secured.

On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

Holiday house Marea smjestena je u malom mjestu Bribiru, 6 km od Crikvenice i 5 minuta voznje od Novog Vinodolskog. U 150m2 smjestene su 3 klimatizirane sobe, 2 kupaone, moderno opremljena kuhinja i dnevni boravak. Na raspolaganju je u sklopu kupaone infracrvena sauna za potpuni relax. Zatvoreni tip dvorišta osigurava potpuni osjećaj slobode i privatnosti. Osim velikog bazena i roštilja, posebno smo mislili na naše najmlađe pa se u dvorištu nalazi i sadržaj za djecu.
