This sweet adobe home from the 1950s is nestled in a garden of fruit trees and succulents. A private patio has a ramada (covered patio) and is perfect for outdoor dining, BBQ and stargazing. The home was lovingly renovated and maintained by my parents for 25 years. Beautiful tiled floors, furniture and outdoor touches reflect their love of Mexico. Marathon is an eclectic, rural town in the heart of the Marathon Basin and a great place to explore the region, be it Big Bend, Ft. Davis or Marfa.

Located 40 minutes from Big Bend National Park entrance, this is a launch point to explore the national park and other parks and communities.

K&W Ranchita is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath, ranch-style home located 4 miles north of downtown Alpine. This home features beautiful views of Mitre Peak and the Davis Mountains with the convenience of being only minutes from downtown. With a king bed in the primary bedroom and queen beds in each guest room, and two twin beds there is plenty of space for everyone. A home office with amazing views, a spacious stocked kitchen, and a big grass back yard make it a wonderful place for families.

Betty is a 1985 Silver Streak trailer shes our largest. With extra space to relax in, custom painted cabinet doors and an interior to match the wild desert scenery. With twin beds and a daybed with trundle, you'll sleep comfortably. Terlingua is a destination and our Betty's deck is THE spot to sit and watch the sun set in the East as well as the west! There are no streetlights so as the sun fades, the stars begin to shine and the milky way washes across the sky just for you.

This cabin sits on 230 acres which makes it peaceful and private with wildlife and the star gazing is just fabulous.  Another great feature is that this cabin is only .2 miles from Tx Hwy. 118 on a private, well maintained road and is only 9 miles North of Study Butte and a 15 minute drive to the Big Bend National Park entrance.
