Charming and completely renovated cabin with a newly refurbished annex, only 20 metres from the water's edge. Everything is new and upgraded in 2020/2021, and the cabin appears to be very space-efficient and richly furnished, despite its modest dimensions. There is sleeping space for 13 people and a baby cot: a total of 14 people. However, it is best suited for one family. The property faces directly west and has sun all day with three long, shallow sandy beaches. Jetty. For those who are used to boating, it is possible to rent a boat, a Sting 610S, for NOK 7,500/week.

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

This is a cozy little Appartment with a wonderful seaview. The place has its own parking and own entrance, self checkin service. It has a kitchen a nice bathroom and a sleepingcoach with an 8 cm extra cover-mattress. There is a garden with barbeque, and seating group area. Sun beds and an outdoor fireplace. It is a 5 min walk to the closest grocery shop, restaurant and the beach. A ferry that takes you on Island roundtrips i just below the house. A centre with 80 shops and a gym, busstop close.

Huset har en stor tilhørende uteplass med flott utsikt til havna og plass til soling, grilling. sengeplass til 2-4 personer. Ikke noe vits å reise videre til sørlandet, her finner du "Norges beste" pizza på Sjøloftet, tre isbarer, badestrand og badstue, ferje til den flotte skjærgården og øyene utenfor Brevik, kort vei til konsertstedet Wrightegården, Quality hotel Skjærgåden med badepark osv.

Lad batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet. Huset ligger på Ekstrand, midt mellom Langesund og Stathelle. Huset ligger helt nede ved sjøen, vegg i vegg med boligen vårt, men vi har mye uteplass. Huset har egen inngang, stue, spisestue, kjøkken, bad/toalett i 1.etasje. I 2.etasje er det 2 soverom, loftstue med balkong og et toalett. Det er mulighet for å bruke en del av felles langbord og det er en liten sofagruppe som hører til leieobjektet. Tilgang til 2 sykler.

Enjoy it from the living room, kitchen, main bedroom, or the spacious covered terrace. The cabin is secluded and private, with ample open space towards the sea and a large pier (approximately 15sqm) belonging to the cabin, which can be freely used to enjoy the sunset or crab fishing.
