My apartment is perched on the 7th and top floor ( with elevator elevator!). It is bathed in sun or beaten by the winds but always warm! 80 m2 fully at your disposal in comfortable mode. Right in the center of Brest! Everything can be done on foot, the train station is less than 5 minutes away, the tram is 7 minutes away, a large supermarket is 10 minutes away, the theater, cinemas are 10 minutes away... If you have a car, parking is paid in front of my house, so we park quite easily!

Welcome to this 70 m2 apartment in the city center, close to the Tram stop and the Saint Martin church. The accommodation includes a beautiful living room living/fitted kitchen/dining room. The Flexible room, offering beautiful volumes, also has its own TV (Amazon Prime, Ligue 1, Orange TV box). The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a double vanity sink. Separate sanitary facilities. Towels and bed already prepared upon arrival.

La Maison de Jean, quiet, exceptional location

The “Maison de Jean” is an old farmhouse that was superbly renovated in spring 2020. Designed for 6 people, it can accommodate up to 8 guests. It offers a lovely and large garden in the heart of the countryside. You will be ideally located in the heart of the region to shine every day and only 15 or 20 minutes by car from the sea: the Abers to the north, the Rade de Brest to the south and the beautiful and wild west coast of Finistère.

La Cabane des Fées is an unusual, comfortable room, set on stilts 3m high in nature on the edge of a hamlet. The cabin is secluded and heated. Come and spend a magical stay with lovers or families, and enjoy relaxing by the heated and covered pool (from June to September). Enjoy the different activities a few meters from the cabin: Hiking and mountain biking trails from the house, Surfing, Kite-surfing ...

Independent T2 apartment, on the first floor, full of charm with old parquet floors, high ceilings. A bedroom with a double bed of 14 m² on the quiet back with access to a small private terrace very sunny. A 25 m2 living room with kitchenette , shower room with large shower and toilet. All in a charming old house in the middle of this pretty little city of characters.
