the host, Nio was outstanding, textually always ready to help in less than a minute, always with a smile. the place is a few hundred meters from the historical center, and public transport from the airport is direct and less than 10minutes, while in a very quiet place between the weser rivers. Hence perfectly lolocated. Thank you Nio for everything.

My boyfriend and I were looking for an apartment for intermediate rent for December and came across Susanne and Klaus' apartment. Communication was easy and we felt very comfortable in the apartment right away. It is well equipped and simply cozy. Susanne was very nice and regularly inquired if everything was good. She was always easy to reach for questions! The location is great, there is a good gastronomy right around the corner and you can walk to the city center in 15 minutes. We definitely recommend this place and are grateful to have found a makeshift home.

I stayed in this apartment for a month, the Louis & Louise team has always responded promptly to any questions and tried to resolve issues during the stay. They were available to provide documentation for my stay while I was taking my first steps in Germany and ensuring an early check-in and late checkout. Recommended for those who need a functional apartment for a long-term stay!
