Apartment in the centre of Bremen

My terraced house with the name "Avalon" is situated in Bremen-Findorff, easily accessible to the main station as well as on foot as by a short bus ride. It only takes 15 minutes by bus, 10 by bike or half an hour on foot to reach the historic sights of the old town centre. Likewise you can easily reach the motorway, the city hall and the congress centre. A large supermarket, health food store as well as many other shops are in the vicinity, likewise restaurants of different nationalities. Despite the proximity to the town centre you enjoy a very quiet location. The street in which you can find my house is a one way road and has little traffic. Pretty fore gardens of the houses with brick facades display a pleasant environment. Bremen-Findorff is located next to the large and central Bürgerpark and the city forest and lake. It´s just a stone´s throw away from "Avalon" and there you can enjoy a good walk or do some jogging. The comfortably furnished non-smoker apartment has a double bed (1,40 m x 2 m). You also have a bedside table, a floor lamp, a desk with a chair, an open wardrobe for hanging in clothes, with a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a green plant, CD-player, radio, WiFi and a well-filled bookshelf at your disposal. Underfloor heating provides you with pleasant warmth. From the living-room you look onto a green back garden with an old apple tree. The apartment is situated in the basement. From the street you walk down a few steps, to the back garden you are at ground level. Next to the living-room you find a kitchen with fridge, small electric stove, sink, a light wooden table and two wicker chairs. Crockery and cooking utensils to prepare some food are available in a built-in cupboard. There is also a shower installed. A corridor with light tiles leads to the toilet, tiled in warm shades. "Avalon" is a non-smoker house!

Quiet & cosy -city center 2km - lake only 300m

Enjoy your stay in a quiet oneway road close to the beautiful lake Werdersee. You will feel very cosy in my guest room in my lovely house. Free parking on the street. Supermarket (300 meters) open 7 a.m - 10 p.m (mo - sa) with bakery and possibility to eat breakfast Sundays until 11:00 a.m. Tram and bus station only 200-300 meters only needs 7 min. to reach the city centre, 11 min. to central trainstation and 15 min. to the airport. A huge Outlet centre is also close reachable by bus.

Beautiful townhouse with garden

In this accommodation you have a lot of peace and quiet and can just switch off. There is plenty of parking and you should never have a problem finding one. From the house it takes about 10 minutes to get to Lilienthaler city center and about 35 minutes by train until you arrive in Bremen city center. The train stop is a 5-minute walk away. Wi-Fi available. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the house! I'd love the chance to answer any additional questions you may have.

Narrow cottage with many stairs

My cottage can accommodate up to three people. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are distributed over three levels. The house was completely renovated in 2019 and is used by me as a midwife practice (if I host guests I do not work in the house). Everything is new and furnished with viiiiel love. A special feature are the three staircases that connect all areas. I therefore recommend the space only for "kick-resistant“ people and those who are not afraid of heights.

Our holiday home has about 100 sqm and goes over two floors. It features a living room, conservatory (with access terrace), kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. Upper floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Sandstedt is just off the beautiful Weser with a small harbour. There is a good connection via the A27 towards Bremen or Bremerhaven as well as a ferry connection towards Oldenburg/ East Frisia.

Cozy room in old charming Bremen house

We - Rapha, Eva and our Kids (3+6y.) live together with our friend Felix (41y.) close to the "Osterdeich" in the heart of the Bremen "Viertel". This charming cottage built in 1907 with many extras has been arranged with a lot of love for detail so that you can really enjoy it. The very maritime-inspired, attractive, well-kept townhouse is located in a fantastic, quiet location of Bremen and invites you to linger in.........and the pull-out dining table offers 8 guests enough space to 'TABLE' together! The infrastructure is very good. Great shopping within minutes. The same applies to the bus stop to the center. Behind the house are 8 bikes for rent. (From 01.09.2023)

Friendly place, close to public transport!

The accommodation is centrally located. The bus and tram stop is very close. By public transport you can get to the city center in about 15 min. and in about 20 min to the train station. The airport can be reached by bus, or car, in just 5 minutes. A free guarded parking garage is also near the property. For walks, the, in 15 min. Werdersee, as well as the Krimpelsee.
