New and pleasant house. The orientation allows for very good sunshine. From the floor, you can see the ocean above the pines, which is 1.5 kilometers away. There is a great sandy beach coveted by swimmers and surfers. The fitted kitchen is convenient and equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop and gas fires, traditional coffee maker, a TASSIMO. Laundry containing washing machine, dryer and ironing kit.
