Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

The apartment is on the first floor and covers 80 sqm. It was completed at the end of 2024 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. In fact, for almost 60 years, there was an orthopedic shoemaker's workshop in the building, the stock of which was integrated into the furnishings. Our garden, the beach and the Werra Valley bike path ensure relaxing days.

The idyllically located vacation home with a size of about 50 m² has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with space for 4 people and a dining area. The cottage is located in the climatic health resort of Finsterbergen directly on the edge of the forest in a small bungalow settlement. Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.

Cozy accommodation with shower/toilet and terrace

The apartment is centrally located and the spa/town center is easily accessible on foot/by car. Guests who want to relax and unwind for a few days in our beautiful surroundings or just explore the countryside are welcome. The accommodation is also well suited for visitors or companions of patients in one of the three spas as well as for fitters or craftsmen or freelancers on a temporary basis. Also 1 parking space on the property belongs to the accommodation.

Hello dear guests, the apartment is on the ground floor in the beautiful Rhönblick district of Bettenhausen. You have your own privacy and fully equipped apartments with towels and sanitary needs. There is also a large garden, parking in front of the house and more in the immediate vicinity. The kitchen is additionally equipped with the basic spices as well as sugar, vinegar and oil, coffee, tea and a regional wellness drink. We look forward to your stay.
