Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Beautiful small apartment Eisenach - Bath/Wifi FREE

The newly renovated apartment is located in the east of Eisenach, in the green and quiet Karolinental. On foot, you need 15 minutes to the old town and 10 minutes to the train station. Eisenach's sights, such as the Wartburg and the Drachenschlucht, are easily accessible. We offer you: a separate small kitchen (fully equipped with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob) and a bathroom with tub, as well as a room with a new box spring bed (140 × 200 cm), TV, Wi-Fi, large wardrobe and seating for dining.

Fantastic sunrises, views, nature, forest

In the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, you will find the newly renovated vacation home, also known as “Hühnerhuis” in family circles. Here you can experience unique sunrises. If you want to enjoy absolute peace, this is the place to be! Hiking trails, bike trails, and various attractions are very close. Among other things, alpaca hikes are possible directly in the village. Just ask us about excursion destinations and we will be happy to help you. Pets are not allowed.

Holiday home "Gina" on the edge of the forest

The idyllically located holiday home, with a size of approx. 50 sqm, has a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with space for 4 people and a dining area. The holiday home is located in the climatic health resort of Finsterbergen, right on the edge of the forest in a small bungalow settlement. Due to its location, it offers an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200m away.

Dear potential guests: Whether you are passing through, for a short break or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - e.g. on the balcony with a panoramic view. The sofa-bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and good gastronomy - around it a lot of forest. Our cafe has breakfast on weekdays from 6 or 7 o'clock on weekends.

Cozy accommodation with shower/toilet and terrace

The apartment is centrally located and the spa/city centre is easily accessible on foot/by car. Guests who want to relax and unwind for a few days in our beautiful surroundings or simply explore the landscape are warmly welcome. The accommodation is also well suited for visitors or companions of patients in one of the three spa clinics, as well as for fitters, craftsmen or freelancers on a temporary basis. Also 1 car parking space on the property belongs to the property.

Hello dear guests, the apartment is on the ground floor in the beautiful Rhönblick district of Bettenhausen. You have your own privacy and fully equipped apartments with towels and sanitary needs. There is also a large garden, parking in front of the house and more in the immediate vicinity. The kitchen is additionally equipped with the basic spices as well as sugar, vinegar and oil, coffee, tea and a regional wellness drink. We look forward to your stay.

Our amazing highlight We look forward to our guests who find peace and relaxation in a combination of modern outfit and rustic ambience. The apartment is on the first floor and covers 80 square meters. It was completed at the end of 2024 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. In fact, there was an orthopaedic shoemaker's workshop in the building for almost 60 years. Our garden, the beach and the Werratal bike path ensure relaxing days.
