The ground floor apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the Konrad-Zuse city of Hünfeld. It is 500 m to an outdoor swimming pool and 400 m to the Haselsee recreational park. The city center of Hünfeld with its cafés, shopping and restaurants can be reached through the Bürgerpark in approx. 15-minute walk. The nearby Rhön with its biosphere reserve as well as the ski and toboggan arena on the Wasserkuppe are about 35 minutes. Fulda is about 15 minutes by car.

Welcome to our home! We rent a cozy and large sheep/living room with kitchen and bathroom on the second floor of the house. The apartment is located in Fulda - Kohlhaus. Parking is available free of charge on the street. By car, you'll be in the city center in about 10 minutes, but you can also take the bus. The stop is about 8 minutes' walk from the apartment. Shopping is good in the Kaiserwiesen shopping center. About 18 minutes on foot.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
