Starting point for many hikes. Vehicle essential. Close to Strasbourg (42 min), Struthof (16 min), Champ de Feu (27 min). Sleeping arrangements: mezzanine room in the attic (max height 1.90 m). Cozy, very quietly located vacation home. Comfortably furnished, with beautiful garden and a parking space right by the house. Centrally located between Freiburg and Colmar, it is an ideal base for excursions by bike or car to the most famous sights of the region. Discover the Route de Vin, walk in Breisach am Rhein, in the vineyards of Kaiserstuhl or hike in the Vosges. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Nature experiences - activities close to nature and culture

The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is at the bottom floor. Me as a host use the extra entrance in the basement.

Charming cottage with all comforts in Heimsbunn, a quiet and typical Alsatian village. Fully equipped, air-conditioned, with a beautiful terrace to relax. Private parking in front of the house. A tastefully decorated cocoon, ideal for recharging. Only a few kilometres from Colmar, Mulhouse, the wine route and hiking trails. Dare to Alsace!!
