Cozy single room near the lake

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

Small, Fine, Pure Nature. Tiny apartment

You can feel Lake Constance and reach it on foot in 5 minutes at a well-maintained, public, free beach,⛱🏊🐟☀️or you opt for a shore bike tour, 🚲which also starts in front of the house. Leave your car in your parking lot (no small truck) and use the public bus in front of the house. The festival evening🎻🍾🌜 is a 20-minute walk without traffic jams, along Lake Constance, within walking distance of Lake Constance. The house is directly at the campsite Weiß and Natura 2000 area.

Newly renovated, fully equipped and quite stylish apartment is located in the picturesque village center of Hard, just a few steps from the lake promenade and has his own parking space. The apartment is tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac facing a beautiful garden. Our house is located on a quiet street within walking distance of the lake and the city center. You can also take walks directly from our house to the pawnshop. The apartment is lovingly renovated, has 50 sqm and a balcony with lake view. In the spacious living room you can also see the lake from the sofa. Especially popular are the beautiful sunsets. Bregenz is a perfect starting point for trips, for example to the Bregenzerwald forest or around Lake Constance.

Just a few steps separate you from Lake Constance – perfect for walking, swimming or enjoying sunsets. Centrally located: in 3 minutes at the train station and right in the middle of the city with shops and restaurants. Dogs are welcome with us (extra charge). Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable or equipped for infants.
