There are 2 flights of stairs to take before you arrive in the hall. Bed linen, towels (bathroom and kitchen) are included for max. 4 people. €15 p/p. This is calculated in the cleaning fee.

This RETRO STUDIO (40 m²) is located on the 12th FLOOR of the Royal Ascot Residence. The studio is not on the dike itself, but due to its location it still has a BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE SEA, THE DIKE AND THE BEACH (see photos). The "separate bedroom" is a sleeping area in the entrance hall: in the entrance hall, where there are no windows, there is a bunk bed that is mainly intended for children.
