In the 18th century the tower was reconstructed as a ‘folly’, characteristic of the period. We are proud to say that our family has supported this heritage for more than 215 years. Bredene is located between Ostend and the Haan and has one of the most beautiful dunes of the Belgian coast. Nature lovers are here in their nubs and there is also a separate naturist beach where one can enjoy in peace. You can walk or bike for miles, eat or drink on one of the many terraces in the vicinity. Our cozy polder cottage is located about 400m from the beach of Bredene.
