This country side setting is only a few miles to local town centres or 40 minutes drive to the picturesque city of Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and the beautiful Norfolk Coast line. An open plane spacious lounge and kitchen with a shower room with walk in shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, en-suite and closet.

Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . The West Wing is a private, self-contained cottage, attached to our home in secluded rural Norfolk. It has two bedrooms, one with king sized bed, en suite shower & wc. The second has 2 twin beds which convert to a super-king zip and link bed. There is a separate second shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting/dining room with TV, DVD player and electric wood-burner comfortably seats 4. All one level.
