This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

It was the second time we stayed at the loft, it is very worth it, close to everything, easy access, everything organized, host responds quickly.

Easy to find location, a very beautiful view of the 22nd floor. It is near the bus station and in the center, so there are a few homeless people, but nothing that is unsafe. There is a police post in front of the building. Summarizing the accommodation was very good and smooth.

We arrived at the site very easily and did not have any difficulties at check in or to enter the apê. There is a mall very close by, as well as a little market in the building for those who need to buy more basic things. Daniel was super requested at all times I needed. The place is very cozy and we feel at home. I was worried because it was cold on the day but they had warm covers that catered perfectly. He thought about every detail! Our stay was very fast but it was worth the experience too much. I highly recommend!

Loft is cute, I highly recommend it. He was clean when we arrived, is well equipped and the gatekeepers of the building welcomed us very well. The location is perfect, everything is close and it is easy to visit the far corners of the city and the surroundings as well. It has bakery, pharmacy, convenience store, beverage distributor, restaurants, botecos, tour company for boat trips and etc. Outside the beach of the fort which is two blocks away! My recommendation for other people is that they take the air conditioning in warmer times, it is a super fair value more in the daily rate and the thermal comfort pays too much. Sonia is a great host too, always willing to answer our questions and solve any problem that comes up. Thank you, Sonia! When we get back to Cabo Frio, let's try to stay there again for sure!

Communication with Tamy is excellent. The apto is loalized very close to Via Verde, a very beautiful place for hiking, bars and restaurants. It has markets, pharmacy and bakeries nearby and a quick access to the city center. The apto was very clean and has everything you need to live in it. Very good bed, pillows and shower. Clean and smelling linen and bath.

Very well located apartment, ideal for those who want to spend time in São Caetano. Air-conditioning, TV, kitchen utensils, washing machine, shower and bed, all very good. Marcos was very clear and cordial in his communications. I recommend it and intend to return.

Check-in was facilitated by sending an informative video, and the photos of the listing match the listing, which has new equipment and nice and modern furniture. To have a correct size, the size of the site is very similar to a hotel room and is appropriate for one person. The bathroom is extremely small; bathing is an arduous task. Although the kitnet is impeccable inside, it is located in an old building with no elevator and no ventilation. Even with frequent cleaning, the hallway smells awful. Outside the problems pointed out, I reiterate that from the door to the inside the place is fabulous.
