Historic Hallstatt

Dieses 500 jahre alte Haus im historischen Zentrum von Hallstatt wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert, hier ist die Geschichte Hallstatts überall spürbar. Der Hallstättersee ist nur 30m entfernt und von den Räumlichkeiten und vom Garten hat man einen wunderbaren Seeblick. Auf der Terrasse kann man bei Kaffee die Morgensonne genießen. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC und ein extra WC. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Loft in Art Studio, Bad Ischl

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The property is 2.7 km from Rußbach and the Hornspitz cable car. The nearest supermarket is in Abtenau (8 km away). The nearest restaurant is 1.4 km away. No smoking inside the property.

Das Haus liegt auf 1000m Seehöhe und ist ideal für Wanderungen im Sommer und Skifahren im Winter. Die Skilifte und die neue Gondelbahn sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und von einem malerischen Bergpanorama umgeben. Der richtige Ort um zu entspannen und neue Energien zu tanken.
